My state has a new educational privacy law in place. What are some things I should know about Empatico when evaluating my use of Empatico under such laws?

Empatico is committed to data privacy and security. Detailed information about our privacy practices is available in our Privacy Policy available here. When reviewing our Privacy Policy, keep in mind the following: 

• Empatico does not collect any personal information from children. 
• Empatico does not collect any professional review or disciplinary records of any individual – not of teachers, students, or others. 
• Children are not permitted to register for Empatico or create an account with Empatico. 
• Empatico does not store any academic information or other educational information of any student.
