On average, teachers can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to reply. If you do not hear back, let us know at email@example.com or click here to send us a message so we can make sure your partner teacher is still available to connect.
If your partner teacher is unresponsive, you can get rematched with a new teacher. To do this, log in to your account, visit the "My Match" tab and click “View Partner Details” (or "More” if you are on mobile). At the bottom of “Partner Details”, click "End This Match". When asked if you want a new match, select "Yes".
