If you experience an invalid device error, you may need to clear cookies on your browser and then restart your device. Then please try the 'Test Audio and Video' feature in your Empatico account.
If this does not resolve the issue, you may need to allow access to the camera and microphone through your operating system preferences. If you see a 'Please try a different device' error page, it is possible that you are using a mobile phone or tablet that Empatico Meet does not support. You and your students joining remotely should only try and use Empatico Meet from a computer/laptop. If you see this error page, we recommend you transfer to a computer/laptop or join via another video tool (e.g. Zoom or Google Meet) that might work better with your device.
